Anchor + Balance

Let’s start with my styling mantra, “less is more”. This detailed art appears simple and that is its beauty. So when it came to styling, any pieces that detracted from its serenity and monochromatic subtly, were no-nos.

Gina Sarro - neutral-2

In all photos the bottom shelf is anchored by a large plant. The top shelf is balanced by placing small, monochromatic accessories diagonally across from the plant below. The combination directs attention to the art itself and visually connects the two surfaces to the art.

Keep it Simple

Books, vases and few few fresh flowers go a long way with this painting by artist Gina Sarro.!
